Discussing the details

We send you a preliminary price offer in an e-mail. If you accept that then our cleaning manager will get in touch soon with you and will arrange the cleaning time and also finalize the price.

Payment and the arrival of the cleaner

We ask you to settle the cleaning fee until the start of the cleaning via bank wire or Paypal, then our cleaner will arrive exactly at the arranged time.

Follow up

Our cleaning manager will survey the cleaning through our electronic channel and also survey you on the phone and in an e-mail questionnaire. If you are satisfied we can set the weekly cleaning time and the whole process is automatized from here.
