The sooner the better. We are constantly expanding our cleaning team to shorten the waiting time for our prospective customers, but our staff are still extremely busy and may have to wait up to 2+ weeks to complete certain jobs. We strive to complete the cleaning jobs within 7 days. Orders within 24 hours can only be accepted in very exceptional circumstances.

No. For the first time or in case of a one-time cleaning session, it is advisable to meet the cleaner on spot at the beginning of the session to agree on the exact cleaning tasks and procedure and also to take over the work in this way. In between the cleaner is able to work independently.

We endeavour to ensure that the same colleague carries out the cleaning when you order regularly. If this certain colleague is not available, we will offer a replacement or rescheduling.
